Delfin Rueda, former CFO and Vice-Chairman of NN Group, Joins Mundi Ventures as General Partner and CFO

Madrid, January 16th, 2023 – Mundi Ventures, a global venture capital firm investing in early and growth stage technology ventures, such as Clarity.AI, Submer, and TwinCo Capital, announces the addition of Delfin Rueda to the team as General Partner and CFO.

Delfin has extensive experience in finance, payments and the insurance sector, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board at NN Group, a financial services group active in 10 European countries and Japan. Delfin also serves on the supervisory board of Adyen, a payments and financial technology platform publicly listed on the Euronext Amsterdam, and is a non-executive board member of Allfunds, one of the leading B2B WealthTech platforms of the funds industry. ‍

Prior to joining NN Group, Delfin, who holds an MBA from The Wharton School, held various other executive level positions in financial institutions, including as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Atradius and ING Insurance. He also held senior positions and worked as a corporate finance advisor at JPMorgan, UBS and Salomon Brothers. Delfin started his professional career as an IT and strategy consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).‍

Yoko will drive Mundi Ventures ESG strategy forward, and will be advising and working for both portfolio companies and Mundi Ventures itself.
